Neolokal is the 110th restaurant in the "The World's 50 Best Restaurants" list and one of the first Michelin-starred restaurants in Turkey. Neolokal has created one of the world's first NFT gastronomy experiences. Maksut Aşkar, the founding chef of Neolokal, adapted his plates to the internet world and transformed them into NFT. NFTs consist of five classic dishes of Neolokal.
NFTs were designed by Turkey's first NFT agency Tooken.io. The NFT collection was published on the NFT marketplace OpenSea and is one of the firsts of the gastronomy world.
